A Dual-Enrollment Program with 7-8 credit hours
Hilltop Technologies and William Jewell College launched CIPHER (Cyber Internship Program for High School Education and Readiness), a groundbreaking program designed to empower high school students with real-world cybersecurity experience and a head start in their cyber education. Through CIPHER, high school students can earn college credit at Jewell while gaining hands-on cyber training, including the opportunity to achieve a Google Cybersecurity Certification. As part of the program, Hilltop Technologies provides invaluable, real-world experience through internships that immerse students in cutting-edge cybersecurity practices.
Highlights of the CIPHER Internship:
- Earn a Google Cybersecurity Certificate to be workforce ready
- Complete an internship with Hilltop Technologies to gain real-world experience
- Participate in simulations hosted in a Cyber Analyst sandbox environment
- Earn 7 to 8 college credits by completing courses taught by cybersecurity expert
