Jewell Theatre Company presents Two Rooms

"Two Rooms" is a play by Lee Blessing available through Dramatists Play Service. It features an American hostage in Beirut and his wife in the U.S., with the "two rooms" being the cubicle where the hostage is held and the wife's home, which she strips bare to symbolically share his suffering. The play explores themes of love, war, futility and the agony of a hostage and their family.
