The College is committed to adhering to both the letter and spirit of the applicable rules, regulations and laws related to the recruitment of potential students. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the rules and regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Education as well as in accordance with all applicable other standards, including those of the College’s accreditors and regulators. If you have any questions about the rules, regulations or standards applicable to the College, please contact the relevant department for further information.

The College is committed to providing prospective students with accurate information so that students are able to make fully informed decisions as to whether or not to attend the College. In accordance with the College’s commitment to compliance, employees are strictly prohibited from the following: guaranteeing or promising prospective students and/or current students acceptance into the College and/or acceptance into a specific course of study within the College; guaranteeing or promising prospective students and/or current students employment or a salary amount following graduation from the College; guaranteeing or promising financial aid; guaranteeing or promising that academic credits earned at the College will be automatically accepted on transfer at another educational institution; making any other representation that has not been approved by the College or that cannot be substantiated. Additionally, the College prohibits incentive compensation as it relates to the enrollment of potential students. Thus, the compensation — including bonuses, salaries or otherwise — of College employees will not be based on the number of student enrollments.

College employees are expected to conduct themselves in an ethical manner at all times and in accordance with College policies, including this Policy. Failure to follow this Policy will result in discipline, up to and including termination of an employee’s employment with the College. Further, if an employee becomes aware of a possible violation of a Policy or has concerns or questions, it is the responsibility of the employee to contact the College’s Human Resources Department.
