Senior Theatre Capstone performance by Cal Perkins
In the frozen wasteland of Antarctica, the Terra Nova Expedition pushes to the edge of endurance in a doomed race to claim the South Pole for England. Based on Robert Falcon Scott’s harrowing journals, Ted Tally's "Terra Nova" captures the clash between personal sacrifice and the consuming weight of nationalism, legacy, and humanity. Five men traverse a void of ice and death, where the sun never sets, but warmth never comes. God is silent. The ice listens.
7 p.m., Peters Theater (Brown Hall)
> Tickets: General Admission $5, Free for Jewell Students with ID (select Student Price and present ID with digital ticket at the door)
