• 4-night stay: Thursday – Sunday
• Valid September – December 2026 ONLY, no exceptions
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Blackout dates apply:
  • Labor Day weekend
  • Thanksgiving week
  • Christmas week
• Additional nights may be added at 10% off the regular rental rate, subject to availability
• Non-transferable; no cash value
• The primary trip winner (the person in whose name the stay is awarded) must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at the property for the entire stay. By confirming your stay, you certify that you are at least 25 years old and will be an occupant of the property for the duration of the reservation.
