Alexander Doniphan Heritage Society

Established in 1996, the Alexander Doniphan Heritage Society is a community of William Jewell College faithful who share the original dream of what a college on The Hill can become.

This group, which includes alumni, friends, faculty, staff and administration, lends support to this cause by including the College in their long-term financial estate planning. Membership in the Alexander Doniphan Heritage Society occurs through any one of several ways:

By naming the College as a beneficiary in a will, trust, life insurance policy, annuity or retirement plan.
By establishing life-income arrangement, such as a charitable remainder trust or a charitable gift annuity.
By making a current gift of $10,000 or more to the Doniphan Endowment.

I/We are pleased to indicate that William Jewell College is a beneficiary in our estate distribution. I/We understand this qualifies us for membership in the Alexander Doniphan Heritage Society and my/our names will be published periodically in brochures, articles and other publications. If anonymity is preferred, we will express this to the College. I/We also understand that this is a “Declaration of Intent” only, not a legally binding commitment.
