Liberty Scholarship Fund

For more than 177 years, William Jewell College has been an important part of the Liberty community. Thousands of Jewell graduates have gone on to serve as doctors, lawyers, teachers, nurses, business leaders, elected officials and community leaders—here in Liberty and around the world. Liberty’s success has been shaped, in large measure, by the highly educated and thoughtful Jewell graduates who have served our community throughout its history.
 
We want Liberty students to choose Jewell. In coordination with the City of Liberty, we have newly established scholarships for Liberty High School and Liberty North High School students. The Liberty Valedictorian Scholarship will provide every valedictorian from Liberty and Liberty North who is accepted for enrollment at Jewell a full scholarship, including tuition, room and board.

Beginning with the Fall 2027 class, every Liberty and Liberty North senior who is accepted to Jewell and does not qualify for the Valedictorian Scholarship will receive a $2,000 renewable Liberty Student Scholarship for all four years.
 
Thanks to generous local alumni who would like to remain anonymous, we have a $50,000 Challenge Grant available this year.
